Those who are marginalized and vulnerable need to be reintegrated into a caring society. They will, in migrations driven by temperatures  already unendurable and unlivable, overwhelm us. We can either respond with violence or care.

That is a powerful video on methane release from Permafrost in Alaska. Houses already falling in and forests bent and broken.  The Sahel and parts of India are beyond endurance. People will move. They will be resisted. They could be welcomed. We give up all pretense of calm and normalcy.
